Removing malignant tumor from the Adrenal gland of a 10-month-old child in Al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital.

A medical team at the Al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announced its success in treating a 10-month-old child suffering from a malignant tumor in the adrenal gland.
A specialist in pediatric surgery at the hospital, Dr. Sarmad Al-Rubai'i, said: “Our medical team succeeded in the operation to remove a malignant tumor from the adrenal gland of a 10-month-old child,” noting that “the tumor was completely removed without complications.”
Al-Rubai'i added, "The tumor is malignant and was completely entangled with the main blood vessels in the abdomen."
He explained: "The operation was difficult and took three hours," stressing the success of the operation.
