Postponement of the seventh annual festival of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) in India.

The Preparatory Committee for the annual Cultural Festival of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him), which is held annually by the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine in the Republic of India with the participation of the holy shrines of Iraq, has announced the postponement of the establishment of its seventh edition for this year, which was to be held on the thirteenth of the month of Rajab to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Commander of the Faithful; Imam Ali (peace be upon him).

The committee stated that: In line with the preventive precautionary measures, and in the interest of the health and safety of the guests and the public, it was decided to not hold the festival for this year.
