The condolence banner on the anniversary of the death of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) is a loyalty sign on the memory of her oppression.

In continuation of its previous participation in providing activities and services to the shrine of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), a delegation from the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine participated and contributed to the commemoration of the death anniversary of Lady. Zaynab (peace be upon her), at her holy shrine in the Syrian capital, Damascus.

According the director of the Office of the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine; Adnan Al-Mousawi, in a statement given to the Al-Kafeel Network, he explained: “Based on the direction of His Eminence Sayed. Ahmad Al-Safi, the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, a delegation from its servants went to participate and contribute to the commemoration of this sad memory along with the mourners who recall this calamity that befell the devotees and followers of the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) on the fifteenth of the month of Rajab. This is not the first time that the Holy Shrine participates in this mourning event by providing services to her holy shrine. Rather, it was preceded by numerous participations almost every year ".

He added, "Among the services that the delegation of the shrine of beloved brother offered was to spread the signs of sadness and blackness on the corridors of the courtyard of her holy shrine and its holy grid, after the cadres of the sewing division at the Holy Shrine had completed them according to previously taken measurements.

Condolence expressions were embroidered on this banner highlighting the merit and status of this venerable, patient and sacrificial lady, who took the responsibility of the completion of the immortal renaissance of her brother, Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

The delegation had also service activities such as contributing to cleaning the holy shrine of Lady Zaynab (may God’s peace be upon her) and holding a mourning council for a period of three days, including a religious lecture and a lamentation council.

In addition to that, the delegation undertook other service activities such as providing service to visitors and participating in mourning processions in cooperation and coordination with the servants of her honorable shrine."
