Continuing the campaign to support the needy families.

The caravan to support the families affected by the imposition of the preventive curfew taken due to the Corona epidemic, arrived at Al-Musayyab district in Babylon Governorate.

The caravan was conducted by the Baghdad / Al-Karkh Governorate unit of the Relief and Support Division in the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, and as part of the Solidarity Campaign.

The division’s official, Sayed. Qasim Rahim al-Maamouri, told Al-Kafeel Network, saying: “The Division’s campaigns are continuing to support and assist the affected families of the needy, poor and orphans.

All its units in the governorates were mobilized and their activities intensified in light of these circumstances, including this caravan that came from the Baghdad/ al-Karkh governorate unit.

A number of food baskets and clothes were distributed, in addition to financial aid. The distribution process was carried out in cooperation with the North Babylon Unit."

The supervisor of this campaign, Sayed. Salam Al-Mousawi, in turn, explained: “Today we were honored to serve a number of families in Al-Musayyab district, where we distributed nearly (75) integrated food baskets, which included fresh and dry food in addition to clothes and other supplies, hoping that they would contribute to relieving the hardships of these families.

We have also distributed sums of money. And we will work to support with these families as much as possible to overcome this ordeal.

This caravan will not be the last. Rather, there are ongoing caravans in more than one governorate within this campaign. "
