The start of the second phase of the (Administrative Empowerment) course.

Today, Thursday, the second phase of the (Administrative Empowerment) course, which is held by the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, began at the hall of Imam al-Hassan al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him), to develop its administrative and leadership cadres.

The second phase of the course was devoted to assistants of department heads, after the first phase was for heads of departments, institutions and companies affiliated with the Holy Shrine.

Regarding this course, the head of the development and sustainable development department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, Dr. Mohamad Hassan Jaber, said: “In implementation of the vision of His Eminence, the Senior Official of the Holy Shrine; Sayed. Ahmad Al-Safi, the Department of Development and Sustainable Development completes the administrative empowerment course at the Holy Shrine, after completing the course for the department heads, "adding:" This stage of the course aims to increase the management skills of the assistant department heads on scientific grounds. "

"The program includes three groups, each group takes about a month of training, and it will be followed by implementation on the ground and an evaluation of the success of this course," Jaber said.

For his part, the member of the Board of Directors of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, Dr. Abbas Rashid Al-Mousawi said: “The heads of the Departments of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine were included in the previous administrative empowerment courses, which lasted for three months. Today, the assistants of the heads of departments will enter into administrative empowerment courses.”

Al-Mousawi continued: “Training has advantages and merits, including collecting the officials of the various institutions inside the shrine, where they will exchange experiences with each other when they meet, and one of them will give to the other the fruits of his practical experience.”

Al-Mousawi pointed out that: "This experience has met with great interaction by its participants. Other courses will follow for all cadres of the career chain."
