Regarding these courses, the Head of the Department of Development and Sustainable Development at the Holy Shrine, Dr. Mohamad Hasan Jaber, said: “The Al-Kafeel Academy for Medical Aid is developing during this period the (A Rescuer in every home) program, which has two goals: the first is to expand the first aid experience in all Iraqi homes, and the second is to give the staffs of the Holy Shrine this experience, to be ready to rescue the cases that they may encounter during the major Ziyarat rituals taking place in Karbala.”
Jaber added, "The program will last for a month, in preparation for the Ashura Ziyarat season, and will include the largest possible number of shrine's staffs. The graduate of the course will obtain the degree of a practitioner in the field of civil medical aid."
