The procession of the people of Holy Karbala commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Al-Jawad at the shrine of his aunt; Lady Ma’soomah (peace be upon them).

The procession of the people of the holy Karbala, recalled the sad anniversary of the martyrdom of the ninth infallible imams, Imam Mohammad al-Jawad (peace be upon him), at the shrine of his aunt the great lady Fatima al-Ma’soomah, daughter of Imam Musa al-Kadhem (peace be upon them all) in The Holy City of Qom, in cooperation with the Hussayni Rites and Processions Department of the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them).
The head of the aforementioned department, Haj Riyadh Ni'mat Al-Salman, told Al-Kafeel Network, “The procession of the people of Karbala has been reviving and remembering the occasions, whether they were in Karbala or outside, including the commemoration of this sad memory, the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Al-Jawad (peace be upon him) in the Holy Shrine of the Lady Al-Ma’soomah (peace be upon her). The two holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), provided transportation busses for the members of the procession to arrive to the borders of Iraq with Iran, in addition to the coordination and organizational matters that were entrusted by our department in order to perform these mourning ceremonies.”
He added: "The procession offered its condolences to Lady al-Ma'soomah (peace be upon her), and the procession was in form of groups, and during its march the participants chanted Hussayni chants about this sad memory. And when they entered her holy courtyard, a condolence assembly was held, which included reciting a number of poems and epitaphs by the Radood Abd al-Amir al-Amawi, who chanted its rhymes about what happened to the imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and what happened to them, including Imam al-Jawad (peace be upon him)."
Al-Salman concluded: “The processions will also have a pause and a mourning procession at the shrine of his father, Imam ar-Redha (peace be upon him) in the city of Mashhad, where there will be a mourning event in addition to distributing food to mourners on this anniversary.”
