According to what was stated by the head of the Information Technology and Networks Division of the Media Department of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, Mr. Haider Talib Abdul Amir, that: "The service of the Ziyarat by proxy at al-Kafeel Network website, dedicates its staff to perform specific Ziyarat, including the Ziyarat of Arafah and Eid. We have given special attention to this service during this season, due to the inability of a large number of visitors to perform the Ziyarat rituals from inside and outside Iraq, as a result of the exceptional health situation."
Noting that: "The Ziyarat will be performed in the sanctuary of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them) with a special Ziyarat on the eve and day of Arafah, with the supplication of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) on this day and the performance of the Ziyarat prayer and other acts, in addition to supplication for all registered."
He explained: "We opened the door for registration for this Ziyarat through the page of Ziyarat by Proxy at an early date, in order to register the largest possible number of visitors in all affiliated network sites, in addition to the supporting social networks. A group of Sayed servants at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine will be honored to perform this Ziyarat on behalf of the registrants.
