Noting that: "The General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has given this aspect great attention, and has harnessed all its means to implement the plans set by the Medical Affairs Division at the Holy Shrine, in terms of providing experienced medical and nursing staff with experience in dealing with any case, in addition to providing sterilization materials, Evacuation teams, medical rescue and emergency relief, in addition to opening a number of medical detachments in cooperation with the Karbala Health Department, whether inside the holy shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) or its vicinity.”
