Discussing the plan of the Ziyarat of the 10th of Muharram.

A meeting was held between the Department of Care and Protection of the Outer Courtyard and its Entrances of the Imam al-Hussayn's (p) Holy Shrine, and the Department between the Two Holy Shrines of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, to discuss the plans for the Ziyarat of the tenth of Muharram with its security, organizational and medical aspects.
The head of the Department between the Two Holy Shrines, Sayed. Nafi' al-Musawi, told Al-Kafeel Network, "The meeting, which was held today in Al-Qasim Hall (peace be upon him) at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, with the presence of the Head of the Department of Care and Protection of the External Courtyard, Haj Fadel Abu Dekka, and a number of Divisions' officials in the two departments, was held in order to develop plans for the Ziyarat of the 10th of Muharram and the mechanism for its implementation, which will contribute to providing the best services to all visitors and mourners, according to a unified vision that facilitates the visitors' entry and exit to and from the square between the Two Holy Shrines."
He added: "The tasks and duties were distributed to the divisions and units, in addition to the volunteers who participate to help and support the set plan, which will include organizing the paths of visitors and processions, to ensure that there is no intersection or crowding and overcrowding. And there are groups that are responsible for service matters, such as cleaning and preparing the places for visitors, and providing the services they need during the Ziyarat period. There is another effort in which the volunteers supported us, which is the medical and preventive service, which had an area in the department’s plan for this year, as a result of the spread of the Corona epidemic and its repercussions.
At the conclusion of this meeting, the participants stressed the importance of continuing to hold meetings and drawing plans to develop plans for the major Ziyarat, in order to implement them early so that they are fully prepared when receiving these visitors.
