In preparation for the Ziyarat Arba'een: Starting to install the centers for guiding the lost.

The technical staff in the Committee for Guiding the Lost in the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine began to spread the centers on the axes of the three provinces (Babylon - Baghdad - Najaf), which work will begin during the Ziyarat Arab'een and its service is devoted to limiting that children and the elderly get lost in the crowd, and to ease finding them in case that happens. This service is provided under the slogan: (Be assured, you are in the guest of Imam al-Hussayn, peace be upon him).

The committee indicated that the these centers are deployed following the meetings that were taken in advance, and brought together all the parties involved in this humanitarian project, which is being held for the ninth year in a row, and for which the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine dedicated important financial, logistic, technic and human resources, making it part of ​​its service plan for the Ziyarat Arba'een, as it has been able to return thousands of missing persons to their families on previous seasons."

Adding: "The number of the deployed centers this year has reached (30) centers; seven centers on the Al-Wand side of the Baghdad axis, ten centers on the Al-Haidariya side in the Najaf axis, and ten centers on the Al-Hindiyah district of the Babylon governorate axis, in addition to three centers in the old city. All of them have an electronic program, communication lines and other mechanisms, which communicate with the central control room."

The committee concluded: "Other works are going on in parallel with these works, to enable their employees, who are university students, and work under the supervision of the University and School Relations Division of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine Relations Department, to perform the tasks assigned to them."

In the same context, Engineer Abdul-Saheb Hassan Abbas from the Communications Division of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine stated: "Our technical team has also started installing wireless transmission equipment and some other technical matters related to the work of these centers, which will be implemented successively according to what is planned."

It is noteworthy that the guidance centers for the lost ones are among the services provided by the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to visitors, bearing in mind that these centers are equipped with an electronic system with a unified database, linked with the rest of the centers through an electronic program, through which the data of the missing person is written down and circulated to the rest of the centers.
