The director of the center, Ms. Asmahan Ibrahim, told Al-Kafeel Network, "Our actual work for this Ziyarat, which preparations for which began a long time ago, began on the tenth day of Safar through stations spread in four visitor service complexes belonging to the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, from the Najaf axis in the external host complex and the procession of Umm al-Baneen (peace be upon her), from the Babylon axis in the al-'Alqami complex, and from the Baghdad axis in the Sheikh Kulayni complex. These stations are run by specialized and trained women cadres."
She added, "Any visitor can benefit from the psychological and family counseling service, in the event that she suffers from any problem, whether at the psychological or family level, through direct communication with the center's guides, and they will provide her with assistance in solving her problem, with an emphasis on continuing communication with them through the e-consultation service, through daily or weekly sessions, according to the visitor’s request, until the problem is resolved.”
Ms. Asmahan stressed that: "The services were not limited to a female age group, hence services are provided according to each category and its needs, including children, as a special program has been prepared for this category. We are also organizing competitions and other events that will be held within the services provided to visitors, with Gifts and prizes for them."
