705 Husseinian processions and leagues participated in commemorating the Ashura Day

The head of the Husseinian Processions and Leagues of the Imam Hussein and El-Abbas Holy Shrines Mr. Ryad Ni’ma Es-Selman, stated that the number of the Husseinian processions and leagues participated in commemorating the Ashura Day was 705 ones.

He added that 150 of them for offering rituals of Ashura such as sorrowfully hitting the chest, and 555 ones for serving the pilgrims of Imam Hussein and El-Abbas (Peace be upon them).
