The Host Restaurant of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) continues to provide its services to the visitors of the Arba'een.

The Host Restaurant of the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine is one of the most important services stations for the visitors during the Ziyarat Arba'een, as it is customs every season to distribute meals to the visitors at an early date, and concludes its work with the last visitor bidding farewell even after the end of the Ziyarat ceremonies.

The official of the Host Restaurant Department, Eng. Adel al-Hamami, told Al-Kafeel Network, "The preparations for this Ziyarat began a long ago, and a plan was drawn up for providing meals, in line with the current situation and the number of visitors, . And these days, the pace of services and distributed meals began to take an upward trend until its peak on the day of Arba'een.".

He added: "The distribution process is in the form of three meals, the first in the morning and the second after the noon call to prayer, and the third meal after the evening prayer, and in numbers that exceeded thousands and are increasing, and we take into account in the distributed meals the different tastes of visitors following a schedule established for this purpose, in addition to distributing snacks, juices, and fruits between the main meals, as well as distributing water around the clock.”

Al-Hamami affirmed: "We have taken a series of precautionary and preventive measures in addition to the regulatory measures to preserve the safety of visitors, as three main outlets were opened to distribute these meals, according to queues for men and queues for women separately, and that what is distributed is not limited to visitors only, but also volunteers and security forces."

Al-Hamami continued: "The department, as is customary in major Ziyarats, opened its external outlets, which are both the direct external outlet of the host restaurant, the outet of the Qiblah street of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and an outlet located next to the holy shrine near al-Hawra Street."
