The Sayed servants from the staff of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine participate in the service of the visitors of their grandfather.

Among those who have the honour to serve Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him); a number of the Sayeds working in a division linked to the General Secretariat of the Al-Abbas' (p) holy shrine, entitled "the division of Sayed servants", and who have many tasks throughout the year especially during the Ziyarat of millions such as the Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), in which they have additional tasks either inside the holy shrine or they are presents on the roads' axes used by the visitors, wearing their traditional uniforms giving them more spirituality and tranquillity.

The al-Kafeel Network met with the head of the Division; Sayed Hashem al-Shami who stated: "The division participated to provide services to the visitors, including:

1- Participating with the cadres of the hosts of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine (the host restaurant of the shrine, the procession of Om al-Baneen on the road of Najaf, the al-'Alqami host city for the visitors on Hillah road, the host of Sheikh al-Kulayni on Baghdad road), to provide food, water and tea to the visitors throughout the days of the Ziyarat.

2- Their contribution in receiving the visitors inside the holy shrine, and help in organizing the movement of the condolence's processions.

3- Getting the honor to clean the floor and entrances of the holy shrine, in terms of furnishing, cleaning and organizing the carpets and the floor and providing copies of the Holy Quran and special books of Ziyarat as well as making the Turbah available in their allocated spots.

4- Distributing thousands of copies of the special Ziyarat Arba'een inside the holy shrine

5- Arrangement of the holy sanctuary by removing tied on it and deliver it to the Department of Gifts and vows.

6- Contributing in receiving the processions and facilitating their movement inside the holy shrine.
