Some pictures of Arba’een.

This year, Ziyarat Arba'een received wide media and image coverage from inside and outside Iraq, during which tens of thousands of photos were taken, but - despite that - it only fulfilled the small part of this spiritual journey, in which the crowds walk from the farthest point to the holy city of Karbala, bustling with throngs of angels, who circumambulate the two holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas, peace be upon them.
The photographers of the Al-Kafeel Center for Artistic Production, affiliated with the Media Department of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, were honored to take part of this media coverage, and prepared a plan in advance in order to documenting some of the exceptional footage of this Ziyarat.
Their work was divided on several axes, including external axis, which accompanied the trajectory of visitors heading towards Karbala, the other axis on the administrative province borders and another within the city and at the two holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them). All taken pictures are available on the photo gallery of the Al-Kafeel Website or through the website of the Al-Kafeel Center for Artistic Production.
And here are some of the shots that stuck in the minds of the photographers, and remained in their memory.
