The Director of the Center, Mr. Hassanein al-Mousawi, told Al-Kafeel Network: "The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has been interested in the book in general, as it was and still a symbol of the advancement of nations and peoples and their ancient heritage, and it has been supporting scientific activities and events that would develop the intellectual. And this book is part of the series of activities adopted by the Cataloguing and Information Systems Center.”

And he indicated that: "The book, written by Dr. Azhar Zayer Jassim and Professor Ali Talib Kazem, dealt with the cataloguing of manuscripts, reinforced by a set of practical examples according to (MARC21) fields and (RDA) rules, which is one of the latest systems used globally in the principle of indexing and classification, and it served as a guide for those working in cataloguing manuscripts, whether they are Arabic or other languages.”
