A medical team at Al-Kafeel Hospital ends the suffering of a woman with chronic ear infection.

A medical team at Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital succeeded in removing the bone of the mammary protrusion in the ear of a woman in her forties who had been suffering for years from a runny ear and the emission of an odor from it.
The specialist in ear, nose and throat surgery, the Lebanese doctor, Dr. Hisham al-Moussawi: "We succeeded in treating a woman in her forties who had been suffering from osteomyelitis of the mammary gland and inflammation of the tympanic membrane for years, which caused chronic earache, persistent pain and a foul smell from the ear."
Al-Moussawi added: "We underwent a surgical operation to completely remove the infection, re-grafted the eardrum, and ended the suffering of this woman with this disease," stressing that "such operations can be performed at Al-Kafeel Hospital, thanks to the availability of the required technologies and devices, and their success at high rates."
