A successful operation for a patient from Dhi Qar who suffers from congenital laryngeal stenosis at Al-Kafeel Hospital

A medical team at Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine succeeded in performing a rare and distinctive operation on a 25-year-old patient who suffers from a narrowed throat, while confirming that the hospital's techniques and the skill of the medical and nursing staff were a factor in that success.
Ear, nose and throat surgery specialist, Dr. Nadhem Emran, said, "The medical team succeeded in opening the patient's third-degree congenital laryngeal narrowing, through the laser technology available at Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital, in addition to using modern medical materials in the operation."
Emran confirmed that "this operation succeeded as a result of the skill of the medical-surgical team, the anesthesia team and their assistants," pointing out that "the young woman's health condition has stabilized after the operation and she was discharged from the hospital."
Dr. Emran pointed out that "the operation required advance preparations in terms of materials and medical techniques, to provide the conditions for its success, and it was conducted exactly as required."
