The Holy Quran Institute in Babylon and the Governorate Education Directorate intend to establish a number of Quranic projects

A delegation from the Institute of the Noble Qur’an, Babylon Branch, affiliated with the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine, visited the General Directorate of Education of Babylon Governorate, with the aim of cooperating in order to establish a number of Quranic projects in the governorate.

During the visit, a number of Quranic projects that could be established in cooperation between the two parties were presented, including specialized Quranic courses for Islamic education teachers, and activating the prayer mastery project for students.

There was also talk about the possibility of holding Quranic competitions for students of the governorate's schools, in addition to taking care of students who have the good voices enabling them to do Tajweed and engaging them in Quranic performance development courses, and other activities to increase their skills.

For its part, the directorate expressed its willingness to cooperate with the delegation, and praised the available capabilities of the Holy Shrine to spread the Qur’anic thought among students and professors, stressing that the educational institution is ready to establish any activity with the Holy Shrine.

It is worth noting that the branch of the Holy Qur’an Institute in the governorate of Babylon holds many Quranic activities and events, in addition to its ongoing Quranic projects and courses in the governorate.
