Al-Kafeel University students organize a charity market to support Al-Ain Foundation

A number of Al-Kafeel University students affiliated to the Education and Higher Education Authority at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized a charitable market that was held in its central square to support the Al-Ain Charitable Foundation for Orphans Care for two days.
The market, which was inaugurated by the President of Al-Kafeel University, Prof. Dr. Nawras Al-Dahan, was held under the auspices of the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance, and is part of the cultural activities supporting the categories of the Iraqi people, and included exhibits that varied between handicrafts, clothes, drawings, ceramic works, accessories, books and foods.
The head of the aforementioned department, Dr. Hussam Ali Hassan al-Obaidi, told Al-Kafeel Network: "Our department has many enriching and extracurricular activities and events, including this charitable market, which we aim to activate the spirit of work and joint cooperation among university students."
He explained, "This initiative represents the university presidency's endeavor to establish the concept of social responsibility, by organizing many activities, events and awareness lectures for its students, in a way that contributes to promoting volunteer work and openness towards society, to translate the great human sense enjoyed by students and contribute to their success."
There was also the participation of the Al Ain Foundation in this market, in order to motivate students to human values ​​and help others in all fields, while the participating students emphasized that such events give motivation for students to present their work in addition to studying.
