The completion of the gold-plating and enamel work of the metal parts of the shrine's grid of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her)

Preparations are being made in the department of making the grids and doors of the holy shrines at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, to install the upper metal parts of the shrine's grid of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), after completely coating some of them with gold and enamel for others.
The head of the department, Mr. Nadhem al-Ghurabi, explained to the Al-Kafeel Network, "he completed parts included the Qur'anic and poetic inscriptions, in addition to the decorative frieze separating them. The painting work was carried out using a modern and advanced mechanism that proved its success and efficiency in a number of grids that were manufactured in our department."
He added, "After completing the painting work, we will start installing these pieces, according to the location of each of them on the wooden structure, in order to make sure of the extent of conformity of the size and design."
He also stated that "the plating with gold (24 carat with a purity of 99.9), included both the decorative frieze and the inscription band defining the Ziyarat text, while the enamel coating included the floor of each of the poetic and Qur'anic bands, while the lines were painted with gold."
