The El-Abbas Holy Shrine has spread facilities for granting children and old people little cards in order hang it around their nicks in case of they get lost, they will be easily identified by the missing people centers in Kerbala.

Over a million of identification cards were issued that mention the name of the person, his age, and his family's phone number.
