The staff of the Holy Sanctuary Division at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine deployed metal partitions decorated with beautiful geometric shapes, in harmony with the development work to replace its old partitions.
The official of the aforementioned division, Haj Nizar Ghani Khalil, told Al-Kafeel Network, “These works are part of the reconstruction and development campaign being witnessed in the shrine and sanctuary of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), which contribute to providing the best services to visitors in a way that pleases their eyes and comforts their souls in this holy place, as it enables them to perform their acts of worship with ease."
He added, "These partitions organize the movement of visitors and ensure its smooth flow during the Ziyarat without crowding, especially during the days of major Ziyarat and Friday eves."
And he stated, "The number of these partitions is 52, of which 29 are distributed on the men's side and 23 on the women's side. Each of them is measuring one meter in height and (2.22 m) in length and 10 cm in thickness. They are designed with inscriptions and decorations that are consistent and harmonious with the atmosphere of the Holy Sanctuary and the courtyard, as well as the advantage of being of medium weights that are difficult to move during the passage of visitors, as they are fixed on metal bases.”
"The partitions were deployed according to a plan that took into account the areas of crowding and the density of visitors, to determine their routes, with the possibility of changing the locations of these partitions as needed," he added.
Ghani continued, "In addition, (20) carriers of the Hussayni Turbah were distributed, (11) on the men's side and (9) on the women's side. They are also distinguished by their beauty and inscriptions similar to the inscriptions of the partitions. The height of each of the Turbah carriers is (62 cm), its width is (45 cm) and its height is (90 cm), and it is sufficient to carry (750) Turbahs, which reduced the number of previous carriers."
It is noteworthy that these partitions were manufactured according to specifications set by the engineering and technical authorities at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, and their parts were installed by the staff of the Holy Sanctuary Care Division.
