The Siddiqa Tahera Center for female affairs of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) hold its mourning assembly to commemorate the death of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her)

The Siddiqa Tahera Center (peace be upon her) for women’s activities affiliated to the al-Abbas’s (p) holy shrine held in Karbala governorate, in cooperation with the Hussayni Women Speech Division, set up the annual mourning council to commemorate the departure of the "Mount of Patience" and "Mother of Calamities"; Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), and in the presence of a number of the female staffs of the Holy Shrine.

The council, which was held in the hall of the aforementioned center, began with a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a lecture given by the guide of the Family Culture Center at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, Mrs. 'Adhra al-Shami. Her lecture was entitled: (Lady Zaynab - peace be upon her - the beacon of patience, chastity and courage), in which she dealt with some of the characteristics of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), including the absolute submission to the command of God Almighty in all circumstances, as a matter of good faith in Him, which she embodied in her saying "I saw nothing but beautiful.” Every male and female believer must thrive to possess this characteristic in order to live psychological stability and spiritual reassurance.

The council also witnessed the recitation of poems of condolence, sympathy and elegies, and a condolence lecture on the story of the death of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), the reading of her blessed Ziyarat and the Ashura Ziyarat, in addition to listening to the hadith of Al-Kisa, to be concluded with the reading of Dua al-Faraj.
