Services provided by the procession of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to the visitors of Imam al-Kadhem (peace be upon him)

The procession of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has begun offering its services to the visitors of the holy shrine of Imam al-Kadhem and Imam al-Jawad (peace be upon both of them) on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Kadhem (peace be upon him).

The supervisor of the procession and head of the Holy Shrine Care Department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, Haj Khalil al-Hanoon, told Al-Kafeel Network: "The procession of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has many participations in most of the major Ziyarat to the Iraqi holy shrines, such as the Ziyarat of the twenty-fifth of the month of Rajab, commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Musa al-Kadhem (peace be upon him).

He added that "Having the honor of this service is based on the directive of the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, His Eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi. The procession is held with the participation of a group of service departments in the holy shrine according to a plan of action in coordination with the al-Kadhimiya shrine."

Al-Hanoon continued that "the departments participating in the procession are: The Host Restaurant, Service Affairs, Maintaining Order, Holy Courtyard's Care, Between the Two Holy Shrines, Media, Vehicles, in addition to the divisions of the Sayed servants and the Holy Sanctuary's Care)".

He concluded, "The services that are provided through the procession are (food - water - transporting - cleaning - regulating the flow of visitors' movement - security measures), in addition to other works as the participants in the procession were distributed according to each specialty, in a way that contributes to providing the best services to the respected visitors."
