Announcing the axes of participation in the activities of the International Scientific Conference on the Thought of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him)

The committee supervising the annual international scientific conference on the thought of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) announced the axes and conditions of participation in the activities of the ninth edition of its conference and the first research competition of al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him).

The conference is organized under the auspices of the General Secretariats of the Holy Shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), the Supreme Commission of the Hilla Project, the city of Imam al-Hassan al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him), the University of Babylon - the College of Arts, the Al-Ameed Scientific and Intellectual Association, and the Al-Kafeel and Al-Ameed Universities.

The conference will be held under the title: ((Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) in the face of historical misinformation, pioneers of biography and refutation of suspicions)) on Tuesday (30/08/2022) corresponding to 2 Safar 1444 AH.



Conference topics:

The first axis: the forms of misleading suspicions about the biography of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him).

The second axis: the sources of misleading narrations and the characters of their narrators.

The third axis: the fateful events of the nation during the life of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him).

The fourth axis: Unique moments in the life of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) from birth to martyrdom.

The fifth axis: Rumors and their impact on weakening the unity of the word in the era of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him).

The sixth axis: the literature of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) in his debates and judgment.



Participation conditions:

1- Research papers written in both Arabic and English are accepted.

2- The research should be unreleased, unpublished or accepted for publication, and not participating in a previous scientific conference or event.

3- The researcher should follow the conditions of scientific research and take into account the scientific foundations in writing research and documenting sources.

4- Researches are subject to the scientific arbitration committee, in addition to the anti-plagiarism program.

5- The research is submitted in A4 paper, in word format, in Simplified Arabic font, with a font size of 16, with a count of 3,000 to 10,000 words.

6- The research should be within the declared topics, and the respected researcher should specify the axis of the research.

7- The research summary is presented in both Arabic and English, and the abstract does not exceed 300 words.

8- We will start receiving abstracts on March 15, 2022.

9- The last date for receiving all research papers is May 20, 2022.

11- The conference will be held in the halls of Babylon University / College of Arts on Tuesday 30/08/2022 corresponding to Safar 2 / 1444 AH, and on the zoom program, for researchers whose research were selected for presentation.

12- The conference is responsible for the accommodation and hospitality of researchers in general from inside and outside Iraq.

13- A group will be elected from among the participating research papers to deliver at the conference sessions.

14- Accepted research is published in a special edition of the conference.
