The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is preparing to hold its central celebration of the birth of the Sha’ban moons (peace be upon them)

The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is preparing to hold its central celebration of the birth anniversaries of the Sha'ban moons (peace be upon them), which is scheduled to take place on Sunday (2 Sha'ban 1443 AH) corresponding to (March 6, 2022), in the courtyard of the Qibla Gate of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
The assistant head of the media department at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, Mr Ali al-Badri, said: "The staff of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine combined efforts to celebrate this event in the most beautiful way, in proportion to the size of the great occasion by spreading decorations throughout the old city and the entrances to Karbala governorate, as well as decorating the entrances to the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) with natural flowers."
Al-Badri added: “The preparations are witnessing the participation of many departments of the Holy Shrine, such as the Department of Engineering Maintenance and Construction, the Department of Public Relations and the Department of Information, in addition to the care Department of the Holy Courtyard and the Department between the Two Holy Shrines, the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs, the Department of Service Affairs, the Scientific Complex of the Holy Quran and the Division of the Holy Sanctuary's Care as well as the Al-Kafeel Advertising and Marketing Center, the Service Affairs Department, the Religious Affairs Department, and other departments."
Regarding the media effort for the celebration, Mr. al-Badri stated: "The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine's media department has prepared all its technical matters to cover the ceremony in the media, and broadcast it through its free frequency while receiving media professionals and channels that wish to cover it."
Al-Badri said, "The media department will prepare video clips for the anniversary of the blessed births, to be broadcast on the Internet sites and TV screens scattered in the Karbala governorate."
He continued, "The Al-Kafeel Scouts Association of the Media Department has prepared a special program to spread in the province and distribute sweets and flowers to visitors at the entrances to the province, government departments and schools."
The Assistant Head of the Media Department explained: "The Media Department, in cooperation with the Religious Affairs Department, will be responsible for preparing the Sha'ban moons (peace be upon them) cultural competition, and announcing the names of the winners during the celebration."
