Fixing broken leg fractures in the Al-Kafeel Hospital

A medical team at Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital succeeded in fixing complex fractures in the femur and tibia with a qualitative operation for a patient in his thirties.

The specialist in orthopedics, fractures and joints at the hospital, Dr. Ihsan al-Faraj, said, "Our medical team succeeded in fixing a crushed fracture in the right femur, as well as installing a crushed fracture in the shin bone on the same side," noting that "the installation process was carried out using closed shutters for both fractures, through one small incision."

Al-Faraj added, "Such operations are carried out in the Al-Kafeel Hospital on an ongoing basis, thanks to the modern techniques it has provided us in the field of orthopedic specialization," stressing that "the patient has recovered after the operation."
