The Department of Service Affairs is completing its preparations for the Ziyarat of mid-Sha’ban

The Department of Service Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has finished its preparations for the blessed Sha'ban Ziyarat, mobilizing all its staff.
The assistant head of the aforementioned department, Mr. Muhammad Harbi, said: "We have completed the preparations for the mid-Sha'ban Ziyarat, by mobilizing all our staff in the various divisions and units," adding, "Our service staff will be supported by a thousand volunteers who came from several governorates, all of whom are experienced in dealing with major Ziyarats." .
Harbi continued, "We have prepared a solid plan for the process of removing waste, so as not to affect the flow of visitors, and we have harnessed all the mechanisms and equipment we have to complete this plan smoothly."
He explained, "We have prepared all our health facilities located in the old city and in the vicinity of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine," noting that "the safes and places for storing bags and shoes are optimally prepared, allowing for smooth and uncomplicated receipt and delivery."
And Harbi said, "We have completed the preparation work of the underground floors of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, to be places of stay and accommodation for volunteers," stressing that "the staff of the Service Affairs Department will work 24 hours a day to secure the service plan prepared for this blessed Ziyarat."
