The Media Department launches the new update for the Al Kafeel Global Network website

The staff of the Information Technology and Networks Division in the Media Department of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has launched the new update of the Al-Kafeel Global Network website, coinciding with the birthday of Imam al-Mahdi (may God hasten his holy reappearance).
The official of the aforementioned division, Sayed Haydar Talib Abdel Amir, said: "The new update was programmed and designed according to the latest technologies used in this field, and in line with the latest technical developments in the construction of websites."
He added, "The new update of the website provides many media services, the most important of which are news and activities of the Holy Shrine, as well as a photo gallery, video library, live broadcasts, and others."
"Benefiting from the available services will be extremely smooth and easy. We have also allocated special pages for the services provided by the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to visitors, foremost of which are the lost objects of visitors, the Ziyarat by proxy, a message to the shrine, religious questions, obligatory prayer times and reminding them of different religious occasions," Abdul Amir added.
It is noteworthy that the Al-Kafeel Global Network has been the official website of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine since 2009. Before that, it was a website called (al-Kafeel), which was launched in 2005 before becoming a wider media network, in terms of media services in several languages.
