Organizing the ceremony for the female students of Al-Ameed Group of Schools

The Department of Education and Higher Education at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine organized today, Friday, the annual ceremony for the female students of Al-Ameed Educational Schools Group, who reached the age in which they should start performing their religious duties.

The ceremony was held in the Al-Ameed Educational Complex, and witnessed the presence of His Eminence the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, its Secretary General; Sayed Mustafa Mortadha Dia al-Din, his deputy, and a number of its officials, as well as the presence of the guardians of the celebrated students.

The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by the reciter of the two holy shrines, Sayed Hassanein al-Hilu, followed by the recitation of Surat Al-Fatihah in memory of the righteous martyrs of Iraq, then listening to the national anthem and the anthem of the al-Abbas’s (p) holy shrine “the melody of pride”.

Then came the speech of the General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine delivered by the head of the Department of Education, Dr. Ahmed al-Kaabi.

The ceremony included a video presentation titled (The Struggle between the Hijab and the Devil), and the students have presented some chants on this occasion.

The ceremony concluded with honoring the celebrated students.
