The holy shrines are a spiritual and devotional Oasis on the first Thursday night of the holy month

Every Thursday night there is a large influx of visitors, and this is a custom of the devotees and believers, because of the reward of visiting this holy place highlighted in many narrations.

This Thursday coincided with the first Friday eve of the holy month of Ramadhan, and thus the courtyards and corridors of the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) as well as the square between them, turned into a spiritual oasis of worship that hosted visitors amid the delights of this blessed night.

The shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) witnessed since the early hours of this afternoon, a large number of visitors that flocked gradually until the advent of the Maghreb and Isha’ prayers.

For its part, the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has mobilized its service and security staff to provide the appropriate atmosphere for visitors, in order to perform the rituals of their Ziyarat with ease.

It is noteworthy that this Friday eve is the first of the holy month of Ramadan, and visitors spend it next to the two holy shrines after almost complete interruption during the past two years, as a result of the repercussions of the corona epidemic and the accompanying measures.
