Basra Heritage Center organizes an intellectual seminar and poetry evening on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him)

The Basra Heritage Center of the Department of Islamic and human knowledge affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized an intellectual seminar and a poetry evening on the occasion of the auspicious birth anniversary of Imam Hassan al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him).

The seminar was presented under the title: (the dimensions of the message in the personality of Imam Hassan al-Mujtaba through the book of Tabaqat of Ibn Saad "T. 230 ah"), and managed by Prof. Dr. Ali Majid al-Badiri, and in which professor of history at the Faculty of education for the humanities Prof. Dr. Shoukry Nasser Abdul Hassan, gave a lecture about the dimensions of this oppressed personality.

The seminar was attended by a group of students of religious sciences and professors of the University in Basra, where the seminar highlighted important aspects of the life of the imam (peace be upon him).

At the end, three poets, sang the love of Imam al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him), namely Professor Dr. Saddam al-Asadi, professor poet Abdul Hussein Abdul Nabi al-Halfi, and Professor Poet Hassan Sami al-Abdullah. The ceremony was concluded by distributing letters of thanks and appreciation to those who contributed to the revival of this auspicious occasion.
