Distinguished participation of the publications of the Intellectual Affairs Department at the Tehran International Book Fair

The pavilion of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine participating in the thirty-third Tehran International Book Fair was decorated with various publications of the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department.

"The intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department participated with hundreds of publications, including scientific journals, historical and religious encyclopedias, as well as philosophical and ideological books issued by the department and its centers and divisions," said the representative of the department in the pavilion, Mr. Ali Mahdi.

"The importance of participating in local and International Book Fairs is to contribute to raising awareness among the Islamic community and spreading the thought and culture of the Ahl al-Bayt(peace be upon them)," Mahdi said, adding that "it is also important to introduce the intellectual and cultural achievements of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in various fields of culture".

It should be noted that the Tehran International Book Fair, in its thirty - third edition, is held from the 11th to 21st May 2022.
