Special participation of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in the Baghdad International Book Fair

The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, represented by the Departments of intellectual and Cultural Affairs and Islamic and human knowledge Affairs, participated in the activities of the twenty-third session of the Baghdad International Book Fair, which began this morning Thursday with the participation of more than (300) local, Arab and foreign publishing houses, and lasts for ten days.

"The participation is part of a continuous series of participation in international and local exhibitions inside and outside Iraq, including this exhibition, which is one of the exhibitions that the participating departments pay great attention to, and work to be distinct and different from the previous one, and this is what we worked on in this session contributing to the enrichment of the cultural movement," said the official of the pavilion, Mr. Mohammed al-A’raji.

He added, "The Pavilion of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine was a prominent one in this international forum, where it was distinguished by the organization and the abundance of what was displayed on its shelves, as the number of publications displayed more than (350) diverse (cultural – intellectual – religious – development – heritage – academic - scientific - philosophical-child culture) knowledge publications and others, as well as the space of the pavilion for artistic works of an aesthetic nature that excelled in the design and manufacture of the participating departments".
