Jaafari Academy delegation in London visits al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine

The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine hosted a delegation of students of the Jaafari Academy and their families in the British capital London, who arrived to perform the Ziyarat rituals at the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and to see examples of the projects of the holy shrine and its services.

"The Academy is a scientific educational edifice based on the curriculum based on the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), Islamic education, the Arabic language and the sciences of the Holy Quran, and is managed by a specialized staff and from which educational services benefits a large number of students," said member of the board of Trustees of the Academy, Mr. Furat Aal-Yasin.

He added that "our visit included (48) students from the academy with their relatives, in order to strengthen the students' ties and maintain their spiritual connection with the imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) through visiting their holy shrines, in addition to strengthening the connection with the supreme religious authority, and this undoubtedly contributes to the preservation, development and root of the constants and values in the souls of this young people, who are seeking to learn the teachings of the prophet and the infallible imams of his family (peace be upon them)".

Aal-Yasin explained that "the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has prepared an interesting program for the visiting delegation, including the Ziyarat of the two holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them) and touring in their blessed corridors, a tour of a number of its projects such as (Al-Ameed Educational Complex - Al-Kafeel Museum of Treasures and Manuscripts - Department of Manufacturing Grids and Gates of holy shrines - Library and House of Manuscripts of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine - Al-Kafeel Center for Artistic Production), where we listened to a detailed explanation of the mechanisms of work and other matters in addition to answering the delegation's questions and inquiries".

He concluded, "the visiting delegation was very pleased to see these projects, which were characterized by their comprehensive and integrated services, as they added to our visit a lot and was an integrated spiritual, educational, cultural, social, and comprehensive experience, thanks to all those in charge of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine for their services to visitors, and thanks on behalf of the delegation for what they provided to us during the period of our visit, which we hope will be repeated".
