The Holy Quran Institute celebrates the graduation of hundreds of Religious Science students

The Holy Quran Institute in Najaf, affiliated to the Holy Quran scientific complex at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, celebrated the graduation of hundreds of Religious Science students as part of the Quranic project it established for them.

The director of the institute, Mr. Muhannad al-Mayali, said that "this project aims to create a scientific space for students of religious sciences in the fields of reading and Quranic Sciences, and encourage Hawza writers to write and compose in the sciences of the Holy Quran, by launching a competition to write the best Quranic research and literature, and printing the winner of these researches to supplement the Islamic library with Quranic literature".

Al-Mayali added that "this year's project was marked by the launch of the “Yoballighoon” program, which was prepared for a number of Quranic preachers, through the establishment of specialized courses at the Institute and then sending them to four provinces, namely Basra, Dhi Qar, Wasit and Maysan, in the first half of the holy month of Ramadhan this year".

It is noteworthy that this ceremony, which is being held for the sixth year in a row, included the conclusion of the sixth session of the project and honoring the first students and directors of religious schools that hosted these courses as well as the professors, and the closing ceremony also included a photo exhibition of the activities of the Quranic Institute.
