The Center for African Studies concludes a Quranic course in Nigeria with the participation of 100 students

The Center for African Studies of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has concluded a Quranic course in Kaduna State, Nigeria

The director of the center, Sheikh Saad Sattar al-Shammari, said that "the course lasted thirty days, and included intensive lessons to correct the recitation and indicate the features of the doctrine, jurisprudence and Sirah, with the participation of (100) students under the supervision of the coordinators of the center in Kaduna State; Sheikh Shams al-Din and Sheikh Ibrahim Musa".

He added that "the course aims to contribute to increasing the religious and ideological awareness of the followers and lovers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) from the African community, and to show the knowledge of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) by following a simplified approach that suits the target class".

He stressed that "the center continues to hold various courses on the axes of religion, faith and the Holy Quran on the African continent for different ages".

He concluded that "the course will be a gateway for the establishment of other courses, as it witnessed great interaction and demand from participants, and this will push us to include other age groups in different axes, all of them pour into the service of the book of Allah and the Itrah of his Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and his holy Household); Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)".
