More than 7 thousand legal guarantees issued by the Ritual Department for the processions participating in the Ziyarat Arba'een

The Hussayni Rites and Processions Department of the two holy shrines issued more than (7.000) identification and sponsorship for Hussayni processions, to facilitate their entry to the Karbala to commemorate the Ziyarat Arba'een.

The head of the Department of Hussayni Rituals, Processions and Bodies; Mr. Aqeel Abdul Hussein al-Yasiri, said that "the staff of the department has completed the registration and issuance of guarantees for Hussayni processions and bodies coming to the Karbala to commemorate the Ziyarat Arba'een, as more than (7.000) IDs and identification pages have been issued for the processions registered in the Department's database officially".
As for the mechanism of work, al-Yasiri stated, "the department checks and confirms the priorities of the processions registered with us, after which the data of those processions are sent to the Karbala Police Command and the regiment of the Two Holy Shrines, to grant them permission and entry to the holy city of Karbala".

For his part, Colonel Qasem Mohammed from the Karbala police directorate said that "the Directorate is working to facilitate the entry of Hussayni processions from foreign controls, especially foreign processions coming from the Iranian republic, the state of Azerbaijan, Syria and some Gulf countries, through the application of legal procedures".
