Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital in Karbala organized a medical session for a number of cardiologists in the governorate in preparation for the expanded conference on cardiac surgery.

"The session was attended by cardiologists from Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital and Imam al-Hujjah hospital, as well as doctors from the governorate, "said Dr. Ahmed Qassim al-Haidari, a specialist in catheter intervention and cardiology.

He added that "one of the most important things discussed at the session was the emerging pathological conditions and how to deal with them in accordance with recommendations, research and International Studies".

"The aim of the session is to train, develop, exchange experiences and keep abreast of global developments in the field of Cardiology and surgery," he continued.

Al-Haidari said, "these sessions will culminate in holding a scientific conference under the auspices of Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital focused on heart diseases and cardiac surgery, bringing together doctors from the Middle Euphrates region, followed by another conference for Iraqi doctors."
