Service Affairs Department: we have dedicated places for strollers for children and pushchairs for the elderly and we offer them easily

The employees of the Service Affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine are working to help visitors by providing designated places for the elderly's pushchairs and children's strollers and accompanying the elderly to visit Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them).

The assistant head of the Department, Mr. Mohammed Harbi, said:"in the Depositories' Division, we have multiple sites where strollers for children, and the pushchairs of the elderly and people with special needs are placed, and some pushchairs have also been placed to serve visitors, as the Department's employees accompany visitors of older ages who come to visit alone to perform the Ziyarat rituals."

Regarding the method of receiving or obtaining pushchairs, Harbi explained, "the pushchair is delivered to the visitor after taking an official document or insurance with facilities for visitors," pointing out that "the number of pushchairs in the division is between 250-300 pushchairs distributed on several sites, including the main inspection points and areas near the Holy Shrine."
