The Faculty of Medicine at Al-Ameed University is among the recognized faculties in North America

She entered the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Ameed University among the Iraqi medical colleges recognized in the USA and Canada.

Dr. Anis Khalil Nayel, chairman of the committee of deans of medical colleges in Iraq, said that "the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Ameed University came among the Iraqi medical colleges recognized in Canada and the USA (ECFMG)".

Nayel shaired a link to a list that included the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Ameed University among the recognized Iraqi colleges in North America.
A graduate from all countries of the world, according to Nayel, is subject to "a certificate equivalency exam in order to work or study, in any country other than the country granting the original certificate".

The college has entered a number of prestigious international rankings, which has stimulated the teaching staff to increase scientific research and benefit from the facilities and laboratories of the college to achieve progress.
