Intellectual Affairs Department reveals the plans of the Center for Scientific African Studies for 2023

The Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine discussed the scientific plan for 2023 for the research unit at the Center for African Studies.

The director of the center, Sheikh Saad Sattar al-Shammari, said that the work of the unit is focused on adopting programs that lead towards spreading the thought of Ahl al-Bayt and their methodology (peace be upon them) on the African continent and deepening scientific, cultural and ideological thought among converting brothers".

"The upcoming programs will be dynamic and have a direct impact on the recipients by holding seminars, conferences and workshops for African visitors and students in Iraq from the African continent,"he added.

Motivating academics and researchers in writing important topics related to the African society to be published through the center's magazine and through its various book publications will be important, according to Sheikh al-Shammari, pointing out that "the goal of this effort is to encourage them to write about various African cultures and draw a clear picture of the recipient, whether in Iraq or outside the continent and its societies".
