Department of Religious Affairs: Continuous work to serve visitors and answer their questions

The Department of Religious Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine confirmed that one of its main objectives is the delivery of Sharia, fiqh and ideological rules to visitors to Karbala.
The assistant head of the Department; Sheikh Adel al-Wakeel, said that "the main functions of the department are to clarify the Sharia rules, answer religious and ideological questions, and everything the visitor needs from religious guidance".
He added that "the objectives of the Department are achieved by communicating the sharia rulings to visitors, through the Minbars located inside the holy courtyard of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, and holding daily lectures and Quranic forums".
The Religious Affairs Department continues its daily basic tasks, namely answering religious questions, explaining sharia rulings and correcting the reading of Quranic surahs, according to al-Wakeel.
