Al-Ameed University organizes a Condolence Council to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her)

Al-Ameed University organized its Annual Condolence Council on the sad occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her) according to the third narration.

The council began by reciting verses from the Holy Quran by one of the students of the Faculty of Medicine, then Sheikh Mohammed al-Greyti rose to the Minbar ti give a lecture about the most prominent stations in the life of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her) and her jihad, addressing part of her oppression and persecution by the enemies of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

The council concluded with a sad elegy about the incident and the tragedy of her martyrdom that left sadness and pain in the hearts of the believers.

The council, which was held in the Hall of Imam al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him) inside the University, was attended by the president of the University for administrative and legal affairs and a number of deans of colleges in addition to professors, teachers, staff and students of the university faculties.
