The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, represented by the Al-Kafeel Women's Religious Schools Division, organized the Fifth Annual International Festival of the Spirit of Prophecy.
The festival, which was held on the occasion of the auspicious birth anniversary of the immaculate lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her), was attended by the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; His Eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi.
The festival was opened by reciting verses from the Holy Quran, followed by reading Surat Fatiha in memory of the martyrs of Iraq, and then playing the national anthem in addition to the anthem of the Al-Abbas's (P) Holy Shrine (Pride's Melody).
This was followed by a Quranic event for children, followed by the speech of the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (P) Holy Shrine; His Eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, through which he highlighted parts of the life of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her) and her great positions.
The festival also included a theatrical performance that embodied the life of the martyr, followed by a screening of the Women Divisions at the Holy Shrine, a Quranic debate, in addition to a paragraph of the poetic poem delivered by the poet Mohammad al-Fatemi.
The festival also witnessed honoring the families of the martyrs of the Iraqi security forces, especially the martyrs of the victory battles against the ISIS terrorist gangs.
The annual festival concluded with the opening of a photo exhibition that included a collection of photos of the martyrs, in addition to an exhibition of painting, calligraphy and photographs of the projects of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.
The festival was attended by delegations from Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Iran, Denmark, Britain, Belgium, Germany and Spain.
