The atmosphere of joy pervades the Al-Abbas's (P) Holy Shrine on the birth anniversary of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him)

The general secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine held its annual celebration on the birth anniversary of the Commander of the Faithful Imam Ali (peace be upon him).

The head of the Department of Hussayni Rituals, Processions and Bodies of the Holy Shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them); Sayed Aqeel al-Yasiri, said that "Our Department organized in cooperation with the Department of the Care of the Holy Courtyar its annual celebration of the auspicious birth anniversary in the blessed month of Rajab".

"The ceremony included the reading of verses from the Holy Quran, and an introductory speech to the Religious Affairs Department on the personality of Master; the Commander of the Faithful, his virtues and his biography (peace be upon him),"he added.

The ceremony witnessed the recitation of various poems by a group of poets, who sang with their verses the biography of the Holy Prophet and his Holy Family, in the presence of a large gathering of distinguished visitors and the servants of Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
