The Women's Religious Guidance Division celebrates the birth anniversary of Imam Ali (peace be upon him)

The Women's Religious Guidance Division of the Al-Abbas's (P) Holy Shrine celebrated the birth anniversary of the Commander of the Faithful Imam Ali (peace be upon him).

The head of the Division; 'Adhra al-Shami, said:"the celebration began with a beautiful recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by the reader; Aayat Abdul Karim, followed by a socio-religious lecture entitled (Ali the perfect human), then the Husseini Women Public Speaking Division participated with a chant about this auspicious occasion."

She added that "the birth anniversary of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) is a great occasion to study his blessed biography and present it in an integral and realistic way in our homes and councils and through every possible means, so that we and generations may have an example to follow, in completing the building of human values, recommended by the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)".

The ceremony concluded with many chants in praise of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), in addition to conducting cultural and religious competitions.
