The delegation of the Department of Knowledge Affairs discusses with a number of universities the launch of its Second International Scientific Conference

The delegation of the Department of Islamic and Humanitarian Knowledge Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine discussed with a number of Iraqi universities the launch of its second international scientific conference.

The assistant head of the Department; Sheikh Ali al-Asadi, said that "the delegation of the Department represented by the Karbala Heritage Center discussed with the presidency of the University of Baghdad, Mustansiriya University and Babylon University the second international scientific conference to be held by the center, and invited the research professors to participate in the conference to be held under the slogan "Our heritage is our identity", entitled "Karbala scientific movement in the tenth century Hijri", in November of this year 2023.

He pointed out that "the delegation of the Center discussed possible ways of cooperation between the Department and academic institutions in the field of research, study and authorship, and the establishment of various activities that contribute to the revival and dissemination of Islamic heritage".

According to ak-Asadi, the visits and invitations will include most of the Iraqi public and private universities; to ensure the participation of the largest possible number of researchers and specialists in this conference, thus fulfilling all its axes with valuable conclusions.

The concerned praised the idea of the conference, its themes and its comprehensiveness, announcing their full readiness to urge professors to participate, and circulating the conference card to all faculties and departments concerned with its valuable contents.
